I have not received a 3.0 update for my watch. I am still on 2.2.2

If you have not yet done so, update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS 10 (currently 10.0.2):

• Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Delete any beta profiles (on your iPhone and/or watch) and restart both devices (this only applies if you have ever participated in an Apple Beta Software Program).

Unpair and re-pair your watch:

• The Watch app on your iPhone takes a backup of your watch when unpairing via the app. Choose to Restore from Backup when offered the option during set up. Most data and settings will be restored, with some exceptions (eg Apple Pay cards, passcode).
